Cleveland is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cleveland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This place is legit! 4 stools (maybe 5) and a couple of outdoor tables. That’s it. Everything else is to go. The place is cool and quirky and the food is dynamite! If you’re Cleveland, you gotta check them out. This is Martha’s On The Fly in Cleveland! It’s their potato crispie with house made bologna, topped with a fried egg, American cheese, stadium mustard, and their signature sunshine sauce (think lemon infused hollandaise). Sensational!

My boyfriend and I came up to Cleveland from Philly. Our air bnb was only an 8 minute drive away from this place. I saw a TikTok video of a local trying this place and I was influenced to come. I mobile ordered and they texted us when it was ready (About 15 minutes). We got the Doris. The egg was very soft. Also tried the Betty, the bacon was very thick and flavorful. I was surprised by the cornmeal fries… wasn’t sure what to expect but the outside was crispy and the inside was soft and buttery. It was a new texture for me and I enjoyed it. We weren’t planning on dining in but after picking up our order a table opened up out front and we sat. A staff member even came outside to ask how the food was. They were very friendly and I would come back if I am ever in the Cleveland area!

LEGIT! Scratch made food!! Superb quality!! Their signature egg patty was like a cloud, perfectly cooked!! The entire sandwich was deliciously soft and hot, like a breakfast sandwich should be! & the potato crispies, RUN to get!!! The biggest, best tasting, most beautiful hashbrown i have everrrrrr had!! And DO NOT skip the cinnamon roll😭 superrr soft & the orange vanilla bean icing, O. M. G. Last but not least, the homemade tomato jam, crazy good! They make everything, from their sauces to their buns and you can tell!!! 10/10! coming from someone who cooks scratch daily🙃 Up next on my list is the baloney, corn meal fries, mini cake donuts & pie!!!

What a great way to end our Cleveland trip! The food was DELICIOUS and so fresh! Everything truly was scratch-made. I had the potato crispies with an in-house sausage patty, bacon, & gravy. The sunshine sauce is SO GOOD! My husband had the Agnes sandwich and loved it. The service was speedy and friendly. The atmosphere was top notch as they were playing 90s r&b. Definitely worth a stop. We will be back the next time we are in town!

Martha on the Fly is a small, counter-service spot specializing in egg sandwiches and hoagies, with a few sit-down items like potato crispies and cornmeal fries. They serve Guardian Coffee and also offer baked goods, including pies, cinnamon rolls, and small donuts. I ordered the Shirley, made with house-made all-beef bologna, onions, and tomato jam. The flavors were excellent, and the in-house bread was notably soft and well made. My partner had the Pearl, which featured a mushroom sausage patty and avocado spread, served on the same impressively soft bread. The cornmeal fries, especially paired with the sunshine sauce and maple syrup, were a standout. The space itself is small—about four seats at the counter with limited standing room—but it felt comfortable rather than crowded. The staff were friendly and genuinely conversational. It was the kind of place I wished had existed when I lived in Cleveland.
